1. Definitions

• “Company”, “we”, or “us” refers to Fashion Detox Studio.
• “Client” or “you” refers to any individual using our services.
• “Services” include personal styling consultations, wardrobe optimisation, AI-driven style archetype discovery, and sustainability consultancy.
• “Stylist” refers to any professional registered on the platform to provide styling services.

2. Service Description

Fashion Detox Studio provides specialised services to reduce overconsumption and optimise personal wardrobes. All recommendations are based on professional styling expertise and AI analysis tailored to individual client profiles. All styling advice is for informational purposes only — see section 7b for terms specific to AI-powered features. We make no guarantee regarding the outcome of any recommendation provided. Final decisions about purchases or wardrobe changes remain solely your responsibility.

3. Use of Services

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about your wardrobe and style preferences. Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use to promote sustainable fashion habits. Do not submit personal data belonging to other individuals. Do not share sensitive financial, medical, or legal information through this platform — we are not equipped to handle such data and are not liable for any consequences arising from doing so.

3b. Use of Data for Service Improvement and Commercial Purposes

By using our services, you grant Fashion Detox Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use anonymised and aggregated data derived from your interactions with the platform — including style preferences, survey responses, and wardrobe information — to train, improve, and develop our AI and machine learning models, and for internal analytics and business development purposes.

We may share anonymised, aggregated insights derived from platform usage with carefully selected third-party partners, including marketing partners and service providers, for purposes consistent with improving fashion sustainability and personalised services. Such shared data will not directly identify you as an individual.

You may opt out of this use at any time by contacting [email protected], without affecting your ability to use the platform.

3c. Session Recording and Wardrobe Documentation

During a styling consultation, your assigned stylist may request your permission to record the video session or take screenshots of wardrobe items you share, for the sole purpose of providing a higher-quality, more personalised styling service. Such recordings or screenshots will only be taken with your explicit prior consent, given either within the platform or verbally at the start of the session. You may decline at any time without affecting your right to receive the service.

Any material collected in this way is uploaded directly to this platform and is subject to the same confidentiality obligations and data-protection rights that apply to all your personal data under section 6 and applicable law (including GDPR). You may request deletion of any such material at any time by contacting [email protected].

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for styling packages or subscriptions will be outlined at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely and services are rendered upon confirmed payment. In case of cancellation, clients are responsible for payment for services already rendered.

5. Intellectual Property

All styling reports, digital materials, AI-generated analyses, and content created by Fashion Detox Studio remain our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal styling purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this platform.

6. Our Data Practices

We store your data securely and apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect it. All personal data, wardrobe information, and style profiles shared during your engagement are kept strictly confidential. In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot be held liable for security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fashion Detox Studio provides style guidance. While we aim for the highest standard of service, we are not liable for individual purchase decisions or the physical condition of garments managed through our advice. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7b. AI-Powered Features and Third-Party Services

Our styling analysis is powered by AI and third-party services. While we work hard to deliver accurate, personalised recommendations, AI-generated content is provided for guidance only — not as professional fashion advice. Results may vary, and we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of AI features. Please use your own judgement when acting on any suggestions.

We may update, change, or discontinue AI-powered features at any time as we continue to improve the platform. Fashion Detox Studio is not liable for any unavailability, errors, or limitations arising from third-party AI service providers.

8. Account Termination

Either party may terminate their engagement with written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, with or without prior notice.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to reflect new features or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

11. Accurate Representation of Credentials

You must provide truthful and accurate information about your professional qualifications, experience, certifications, and background during registration and at all times. Misrepresentation of your credentials — including but not limited to false certifications, fabricated experience, or misleading professional history — will result in immediate and permanent account termination. Fashion Detox Studio reserves the right to request verification of your credentials at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will be treated as misrepresentation.

12. Client Confidentiality

All client information you access through this platform — including survey responses, style preferences, personal details, and AI-generated analyses — is strictly confidential. You may not disclose any client information to any third party under any circumstances.

13. No Data Export

You may not download, screenshot, copy, print, or transfer client data to any personal device, personal storage service, or third-party application, except as strictly necessary for and expressly permitted by section 13b below. Client data must otherwise remain within this platform at all times.

13b. Session Recording and Wardrobe Screenshots

You may record a video session or take screenshots of a client’s wardrobe items only where the client has given explicit, informed consent before the recording or screenshot is taken. Consent must be obtained verbally at the start of the session or confirmed in writing within the platform.

Any recordings or screenshots must:

• be used solely to support the styling service being delivered to that specific client;
• be uploaded to the designated Session Materials section of the platform within 24 hours of the session;
• be permanently deleted from your personal device and any personal storage immediately after upload;
• never be shared with, transferred to, or made accessible by any third party.

Material uploaded to the platform is subject to the same confidentiality and retention rules as all other client data. Clients may request deletion of their session material at any time. Breach of any of these conditions constitutes a violation of section 13 and will be treated accordingly under section 16.

14. Purpose Limitation

You may only use client data for the purpose of providing styling services through this platform. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

15. Professional Standards

You agree to conduct yourself with professionalism and respect toward all clients at all times. Services must be delivered with reasonable care and skill.

16. Breach Consequences

Any violation of sections 11 through 14 will result in immediate and permanent account termination. Fashion Detox Studio reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages arising from such violations.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fashion Detox Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your misrepresentation of credentials, misuse of client data, or any other violation of these terms.
